11 months a few days early :)

My youngest sister Alyssa, is in town for a few days on her spring break from school. We of course had to fit in as much beach time as possible this weekend and while we were there also took the time to have Emersyn's 11 month photoshoot. YES 11 MONTHS!! CRAZY!! OK, I know I say this every month, but really...where does the time go! On March 22nd we will have a 11 month old. Emersyn is drinking out of a sippie cup that has a straw now, eating more table foods (pasta, chicken, veggies), and growing more and more by the day. She is still walking very confidently and must be worn out by the end of each day as she is still sleeping 12 hours each night. Emersyn is becoming even more social and is very engaged and curious of her surroundings. Below are a few pics from today with the first being of her on "the bench". They recently moved her bench and raised it up quite a bit, but we were still able to capture some shoots of her on it today. Emersyn spent most of the day napping and lounging in the shade, but when it was time for her photo opp, as I am sure you will see from several pictures below, she was ready to shine. Emersyn ran straight for the ocean and had the best time walking back and forth watching people as they passed by. Watching her ran towards the water and walking out into the waves with no sense of fear but that of pure wonderment was such an incredible and inspiring event to witness. She certainly inspires me more and more each day to enjoy every moment of life and to cherish those precious moments with loved ones. Happy 11 months Emersyn Frances!
