7 Months

The months keep rolling by and we now have a 7 month old. It amazes me each month when I go to take her monthly pics and update our blog how fast time really is going these days. We truly feel so blessed to have her in our lives! Emersyn is such a loving and happy soul who I know teaches me new things everyday. This month she began to eat white potatoes and carrots as well as her usual favorites of apple, bananas and pears. Although I did catch her great grandfather letting her get a quick taste of his angel food cake at Thanksgiving, we continue to make all of her baby food with organic foods and veggies :) Emersyn is now very mobile and is crawling, sitting, standing, and climbing all over. She is very alert and curious about the world around her which makes every experience and milestone even extra special. Her favorite toys are still water bottles and anything made of paper. Emersyn is very fortunate to have many fun toys but she is truly a girl after her grandfathers heart and heads for any cardboard, newspapers, books, or magazines within a mile radius. She has her two bottom teeth already in and is in the process of getting her top two. Needless to say, Everything is going in her mouth these days.
